ЗАПРОШУЮТЬ до участі в Літній школі «Право в Німеччині»

19 червня – 07 липня 2017 року, м. Київ

Літня школа, що проводиться щорічно в Україні з 2007 року, розрахована на осіб, які зацікавлені у вивченні системи права Федеративної Республіки Німеччина. До участі в Літній школі запрошуються викладачі, аспіранти та студенти старших курсів вищих юридичних навчальних закладів та юридичних факультетів ВНЗ України та сусідніх країн (конкурсний відбір).

Літня школа проводиться в Національному університеті «Києво-Могилянська академія».

У зв’язку з тим, що робочою мовою Літньої школи є німецька, від учасників вимагається рівень володіння нею не нижче за Mittelstufe.

Протягом першого тижня учасникам буде запропонований курс вдосконалення німецької мови для правників. Наступні два тижні будуть присвячені вивченню європейського та німецького права. Заняття будуть проводитись професорами та викладачами Гейдельберзького університету, університету м. Майнц (Німеччина) та Інституту німецького права Ягеллонського університету (Краків, Польща).

Після закінчення Літньої школи, за умови успішного складання підсумкового іспиту, видається Сертифікат.

Участь в Літній школі є безкоштовною. Проїзд, проживання та харчування здійснюються за власний рахунок учасників Літньої школи або організації, що їх відрядила. В окремих випадках, на конкурсній основі можливе відшкодування витрат на проїзд (потягом по території України) та проживання для учасників, які проживають поза межами Києва.

Для участі у конкурсному відборі на навчання у Літній школі необхідно надати такі документи:

  1. CV (для учасників з України - українською мовою, для учасників з інших країн - українською, російською або англійською);
  2. Анкету (німецькою мовою);
  3. Два мотиваційних листа:
    - українською мовою (для громадян України), або
    - українською, російською чи англійською мовами (для учасників з інших країн) та
    - німецькою мовою (для всіх);
  4. Один рекомендаційний лист від викладача права (для аспірантів та студентів);
  5. Завірену ксерокопію: залікової книжки або довідки про оцінки за останні два роки навчання (для аспірантів та студентів); документу про вищу юридичну освіту (для старших викладачів та асистентів); диплому про науковий ступінь (для кандидатів наук). Копії завірити печаткою ВНЗ, в якому навчається чи працює кандидат для участі в Літній школі.

Кінцевий термін подання аплікацій – 31 травня 2017 року

В разі необхідності, з кандидатами може бути проведена телефонна співбесіда.
